How does a request work?
You choose a tour, fill in the request form, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Once we've found a guide, we'll send you a confirmation and the invoice.
When will I get a reply?
You'll receive an instant confirmation of receipt for your request. After that, we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
When do I have to pay?
You will only receive an invoice once we have confirmed your tour. Until then, no payment is necessary.
What group sizes are possible?
Altstadt Classic and Altstadt Kompakt are for group sizes of up to 20 people. Book a Local for 1 to 5 people. Is your group larger? Please contact us by email and we'll put together an offer for you.
What languages are tours available in?
Our tours run in German and English. Would you like a different language? Depending on availability, our guides can also offer other languages.
Can tours be customised?
For groups of up to 5 people, choose «Book a Local» for that. Altstadt Classic and Altstadt Kompakt are fixed itineraries. However, it is possible to accommodate individual requests, for example a visit to Basel Minster. Please contact us and we'll put together an offer for you.
