MyCityGuides handles personal data in accordance with the requirements of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection. Information provided during booking is treated confidentially. Data is not shared with third parties and is used only for administrative purposes related to the booking.
The only exception is online payment: if you pay for your booking via the payment link, the payment is processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22–24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. For this purpose, the amount and booking reference are transmitted to PayPal; you enter your PayPal login or card details directly with PayPal, and MyCityGuides does not receive them. PayPal may also process data outside Switzerland and the EU, for example in the USA. PayPal's privacy statement applies.
